I'm 33 and quit my job 3 weeks ago.

I'm 33 and quit my job 3 weeks ago. Since quitting I feel that I have no purpose and worth. Job searching is awful and I'm not even sure I want to stay in my field but I feel that I can't make a career change.

My wife is very supportive of my decision but I can't stop feeling like I'm letting her down.
