I keep thinking the next antidepressant/anti-anxiety medication will help. It's been 13 years now and nothing has helped. Maybe I just need to accept depression, panic attacks and daily anxiety is just my life. I'm a new mom, I hope my daughter never deals with the struggles I've endured.
